VicRoads Behaviour Change Driving Program Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Caraniche has a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds. As places in all programs are in high demand, we require notice 5 business days prior to your program date for any cancellation or transfer to another program. A $50 administration fee, plus $67 Vic Roads Recovery fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations or changes requested with less than 5 business days’ notice of the program commencement will NOT be accepted and a refund will NOT be provided unless a medical certificate can be provided.

If insufficient participants are enrolled in a program, Caraniche reserves the right to cancel the program. In this case, participant registrations will be transferred to another program.
