COVID-19 Service Updates

Caraniche is committed to supporting our clients, many of whom are particularly vulnerable during this challenging time. The following changes to our service delivery have been made to ensure that we are still available to be responsive to the needs of our clients, while making sure all government requirements are followed.

We ask that our clients follow the guidance of the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services in terms of managing transmission risk.

AOD Counselling services (including forensic clients) remain open

    Our general AOD counselling, HiROADS and Kickstart programs remain open. Services are operating from our Abbotsford and Epping offices during normal business hours. We have moved most of our face-to-face services to telephone appointments. We can see clients for face-to-face services, by appointment only, where there is significant risk or harm, or the client cannot access our service otherwise. For clients who do not have a phone, we encourage other service providers who have contact with our clients to assist them to make contact with us.

 

VicRoads Driving Programs

Due to Stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions, we are not currently delivering VicRoads programs. 
 

Workplace EAP and Support Services
