For more than 25 years, Caraniche has been designing evidence based and outcome focussed educational and treatment programs that change lives.

We consult to government, not-for-profit and the corporate sector to design and develop innovative behaviour change programs that address a wide range of problems and issues including; problematic driving, drug use, alcohol use, violence, vicarious trauma, emotional regulation, sexualised behaviour, bullying, consequential thinking, relationships skills, communication skills and self management.

We incorporate face to face, e-learning and digital content to ensure the right solution. Our customers include: the Department of Justice, Courts, Department of Health, Department of Education, Vicroads, Youth Justice, the AOD sector, hospitals, CFA, and Fire Services Victoria.

All our programs are regularly internally reviewed and updated and we can offer the same rigorous review process for our clients.

Each year, Caraniche at Work supports the learning and development needs of thousands of employees across Australia. Our training is guided by best practice adult learning principles and is developed, updated, and reviewed in consultation with our Research and Professional Practice Teams.
